Written by Jerelyn Adjei-Frimpong

The multi-platinum, Grammy-Award winning band, have just confirmed that the third single to be taken from their Top 5 album Evolve is Whatever It Takes, by releasing a new music video for the hit song. The new single has already reached an incredible 80 million streams and will prove to follow the success of its predecessors; Top 10 hits Believer and Thunder.

Formed in 2009 in their native state of Las Vegas, the band first burst onto the music scene following the success of their multiplatinum selling single Radioactive which not only has been certified Diamond in the US, but is now officially the most downloaded rock song of all time. They then released their debut album Night Visions in 2012 selling over 5 million copies worldwide and becoming the No. 1 album on Spotify Worldwide in 2013.

Directed by Matt Eastin and Aaron Hymes, the clip displays the 4-piece band fighting against all the elements whilst practicing the new single in their basement, showing how nothing can stop them and their music – not even fire, bad weather or non-stop pouring rain.

The third studio album for the band, has already gathered global success, by obtaining the highest ever first week streams for an alternative rock band, achieving gold and platinum certifications in 17 countries worldwide. As well as Evolve surpassing well over 1 billion streams on Spotify alone, they perfectly demonstrate why they’re in the Top 10 of the most listened to artists worldwide via Spotify.

Known for their brilliant live shows evident by their festival sets, which they play to massive audiences like Reading/Leeds and Big Weekend, they’ve decided to further support the album by announcing a 68-date world tour. The 25-date European Leg features 6 dates across the UK and Ireland, including a show at the O2 Arena on the 28th February with a second date added on March 1st due to the phenomenal demand.
