NoMBe Goes Indie On His Fourth Track Of ‘They Might’ve Even Loved Me’

Written by Eli Sulaiman

You must be wondering, “why is it worth mentioning that NoMBe’s latest release is his fourth track?” NoMBe is doing things his way and is “currently releasing” his debut album They Might’ve Even Loved Me. Every month he releases a new song that is a part of the album. So far three songs have been released and now the fourth and latest one is Can’t Catch Me featuring New Mystics.

Can’t Catch Me is a track that caught my attention very quickly not just because it was good, but it also wasn’t in NoMBe’s usual slow-tempo, electronic genre. Instead, it was quite indie-rock and NoMBe pulled it off very well. The song has a 60’s rock vibe to it, unlike the tracks of the album that came before: Freak Like Me, Young Hearts, and Wait –all along the lines of electronic soul.

With a single release per month, how many more months do we have to wait for the complete album from NoMBe? Who knows. He definitely has our attention now.
